ST7
The ST7FOXF1 is an 8-bit MCU from STMicroelectronics (formerly SGS-Thomson) with single voltage Flash memory, SPI, I²C, ADC and timers. In the Gdium, it is used to control the battery charge and discharge discharge and powering off the CPU. The ST7's firmware can be upgraded from Pmon.
